St George By The Sea

In 2010 Ultimate Engineered Concrete was involved with the construction of St George by the Sea, An exquisite holiday home situated in Taranaki, featuring luxury rooms, formal dining, gourmet kitchen, gym, spa & pool facilities to name a few.

The structure made up of three wings features exposed precast columns & beams which create large expanses of glass for magnificent sea views.

Recently we have been privileged to once again be involved with the stage two construction of a tennis court and garage/studio unit. Both the studio & the tennis court pavilion adopt the same exposed precast column & beam construction which so successfully worked in the original structures.
